LITTLE CAPONE
by Eric ATLAN
Little Capone is a delirious parody and a delightful lesson in immorality. The film's hero is a thug with a heart of gold, who doesn't hesitate to pull off some seriously audacious schemes.
"It's all or nothing."
Little Capone, a petty crook, will have a hard time stopping the infernal machine of his destiny. In the name of noble sentiments, he will drag the mafia boss into a carnival of tragicomic adventures where gunfights always precede conversation and morality is thrown out the window. Despite his mother's attempts to teach him the rules of the rogues' game, Little Capone remains a good-for-nothing who makes mistake after mistake, which adds a touch of lightheartedness to this unusual film. A routine visit to the doctor will change our hero's life.
At the hands of the medical professional, Little Capone discovers love. This love takes the form of Blanche, the kind nurse who believes in life. For Blanche, Little Capone will rise above himself and confront the mafia, because he has nothing left to lose; medicine has given him a death sentence, and he has only six months to live.
This whole little world settles its scores to our great delight, and Little Capone, a hero sacrificed on the altar of buffoonery, will end up a martyr of the farce.

Can evil eternally mock and roam with impunity through the ages, appearing sometimes as a lover risen from the underworld to find his beloved, sometimes as a führer hungry for destruction? Or is evil itself merely a puppet in a divine game? Akhenaten, the rebellious pharaoh, is said to have entrusted the formidable task of preserving this knowledge to a chosen and dedicated people. It is by fighting evil that the divine light radiates and illuminates creation. The dualism of two forces battling to reveal the face of the one God. This is the inner journey to which this film invites you.
